Innovative Work with Impact

Located in Bangalore, the Biogen Capability Center India (BCCI) is a subsidiary of Biogen, a global biotech company focused on developing innovative therapies for the treatment of neurological and rare diseases. The BCCI serves as the company’s IT development and L3 support center for its major business applications across the globe. Our BCCI team is responsible for providing support to Biogen's global operations, including developing, maintaining, and upgrading the company's software applications, platforms, and infrastructure.

BCCI plays a crucial role in supporting Biogen's global business operations by providing scalable and efficient IT solutions that help improve the company's quality, and agility. It operates as an integral part of Biogen's global IT organization and works closely with its various business units to deliver technology solutions that address their unique challenges.

Our Teams

The BCCI organization is structured into various IT teams, each focused on specific areas of expertise. Some of our primary teams include:

Data Management and Analytics

In charge of managing and analyzing Biogen's data assets to provide valuable insights that inform business decision-making.

Integration

Responsible for integrating Biogen's various software applications and systems, this team ensures smooth communication and data flow across the organization.

Automation Services

This group develops and implements automation solutions that streamline and optimize Biogen's business processes, such as robotic process automation (RPA).

Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)

This team ensures the quality of Biogen's software applications by conducting various testing activities such as functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing.

Computer System Validation (CSV)

This group ensures that Biogen's software applications comply with CSV regulatory requirements.

Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Services

Accountable for the development and implementation of Oracle ERP modifications aimed at enhancing Biogen's business processes. This includes incorporating third-party and/or cloud/hosted services seamlessly into the Biogen landscape.
